What We Offer

  • We offer an on-call schedule that requires no work obligations. The majority of our Rescue Technicians are career or volunteer Fire Fighters. Once on our call out roster you will receive job announcements, simply respond to the work your able to perform and our operations team will work to place you in the field. It’s as simple as that.

  • We take pride in paying our technicians, instructors and safety professionals generously and being completely transparent with our payscale.

Our Rescue Technicians are paid on 3 distinct levels that reflect their rescue capabilities. This scale is broken into Levels 1,2 and 3. Level 1 rescue technicians start at $34.00 an hour, Level 2 Rescue Technicians make a base wage of $37.00 an hour and our Level 3 Rescue Technicians earn $42.00 per hour.

Rescue and EMS instructors make between $45.00 - $50.00 per hour.

Our contract safety professionals earn between $50.00 - $60.00 per hour.

Almost all of our contract work involves opportunities for overtime and our traveling work pays a generous per diem direct to the employee.

  • Whether our personnel are aiming for Fire Fighting careers or looking to remain in the craft of technical rescue, we are committed to supporting growth opportunities for every individual - both inside our company and out. Employees that contribute at least 400 hours of work annually qualify for incentives which includes an accrual of money set aside for continuing education.

  • We work in every industry in the country. Literally. Project locations span the Western United States and offer opportunities to travel and sample everything from hydroelectric power stations and wind farms to petroleum refineries and manufacturing facilities.
